Mrs Sarah Martin

Tembo (Digital Learning Transformation) Program Manager
Medecins Sans Frontieres (Drs Without Borders MSF)

Sarah Bowgen-Martin started her digital health career as employee number 6 for a mountain view oncology software start-up that expanded into to UAEA. She has delivered programs across multiple sectors to embrace her passion for change and learning and she finds healthcare transformation initiatives the most inspiring having seen first-hand the difference that access to valuable data for clinicians to make decisions benefits not just them but the populations they serve. She is currently leading MSF’s digital learning program, Tembo. Where she has learnt about her own frame of the world working with stakeholders and managing a multicultural team to transform the way MSF staff work and learn.
