Supporting the Workforce for Sustainable Digital Transformation

The rapid digital transformation of care delivery during the recent global pandemic added another level of complexity to the already extreme demands placed on our dedicated and stressed healthcare workforce. As part of their manifesto to recognise 2021 as Year of the Health & Care worker, the WHO recommends supporting their needs with improved conditions and more education and training. In this session, our panel of clinicians and healthcare experts will examine how we can ensure staff receive the adequate level of education, training and equipment to not only use new digital tools and solutions for sustainable change, but actively engage as digital advocates with their colleagues and patients.
