Event Registration

A government-issues photo ID will be required to pick up your badge on-site. Badge pickup will be available at the registration desk located in the Southern entrance:

• Wednesday, 07 June: 09:00-18:00
• Thursday, 08 June: 08:00-18:00
• Friday, 09 June: 08:30-15:30

 

Cloakroom

A coat and bag check is located to the left of registration in the foyer.

 

Health and Safety

The HIMSS23 Health and Safety Hub will be available shortly for more information.

 

Emergencies

Call 112 and notify any HIMSS staff member or venue employee.

 

Press Room

Press registered with the event are invited to stop by for a refreshment or a place to work.

 

Speaker Room

All speakers should check in here after picking up their badge to check in with the programme team and confirm everything is set for your presentation.
