The Call for Proposals for the 2021 HIMSS Global Health Conference & Exhibition general education sessions is open from Oct. 5 - Nov. 2, 2020.
The Call for Proposals is a yearly request for proposals to present at the HIMSS Global Health Conference. Applications for sessions with optional events will open mid-January 2021.
HIMSS21 general education sessions are the core of the conference’s programming, comprising more than 250 sessions across 17 topic categories. Proposals for these sessions are peer reviewed, scored and selected by members of the HIMSS Global Health Conference Education Committee.
Accepted speakers receive complimentary HIMSS21 full registration for general education session speakers and optional event-only registration for optional event speakers (registration is non-transferable. Speakers are responsible for hotel and travel expenses.) Speakers also have visibility to thousands of global attendees from across the health information and technology ecosystem, and membership advancement and/or certification points for HIMSS members.
Subject matter experts who would like to present at HIMSS21 are invited to share their success stories, challenges and expert insights with colleagues worldwide. Resources are available for preparing a proposal.
